一体集成液体源汽化器
Bronkhorst® SW-200 VDM 适用于准确的蒸汽流输送，工作压力在真空到10 bar之间，可混合最大流量 120 g/h H2O (320 g/h IPA) 和最大流量 10 ln/min载气。VDM集成了Bronkhorst® CEM系统和其他组件！除了气体、液体流量控制器和温控蒸发器，该模块还具有集成电源和显示器(1.8″TFT) 和控制功能。此外，可选提供本地或远程跟踪加热温度控制。
